At this time BubbaSkin® ships across the EU, via the service rates listed below. You must have a physical address.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for all orders over € 50; for smaller orders, a fee of € 10 will be applied as a contribution to the shipping costs.

Returns

We accept returns for any BubbaSkin® products purchased on BubbaSkin.eu within 30 days of the purchase date. Repackage the items to be returned and ship to the following address:

BubbaSkin® is not responsible for return shipping fees nor lost returns. Once your return is received, it will be processed, and a refund will be issued. We do not accept items that are not in their original packaging.

If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact customer service at Europe@bubbaskin.com for a replacement or refund. You will need to ship the defective merchandise to BubbaSkin® c/o FINMARK srl.

For merchandise purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer’s customer service for their return policy.
